Personal care items, cleaning products

Hi All,

I'm new to the group and so excited about the GAPS diet and all I'm learning

right now from the book! Could I get some suggestions from you all for

chemical-free shampoo, lotion, soap, etc. Also natural cleaning products? Of

course like most of you I'm on a budget but am willing to pay a little more for

some products if I can save on others.

Do you buy online, at the health food store?

Suggestions?
