Guest guest
I'd like more information from anyone who knows -- what methods help kids with poor short term memory & visual scanning deficits. Some of the finding on my son's tests show : immediate auditory memory for detailed stories -- 1st percentile (severely compromised)immediate recall of complex pictorial information - 25th percentile (low average)recall of complex geometric design - <1st percentile for immediate & delayed recall conditionsrecognize components of the same design was average (73rd percentile)The CVLT-C - was average to high averageworking memory - low average 13th percentileTMT, Part A - visual scanning - severely compromised - 0.1st percentileTMT, Part B - moderately compromised - 2nd percentileI am aware of visual perception tests -- but they are not covered by insurance and neither is the therapy and we just can't do it ...Thanks for any insight ...
