Please post the links. Also, I find spinach quite constipating because of its high iron (Fe) content. Parsley is wonderful here along with chard, kale, mustard, turnip, collards...... mjh http://foxhillfarm.us/FireBasil/

Most meats, fats, white potatoes, white rice, white sugar and white will make your body more acid..... most people begin to feel arthritis and other stuff in acid bodies. However, in order to control urinary tract infections, fruits like cranberries and blueberries help provide an acidic environment in the bladder and hence discourage the bladder infections primarily caused by E. coli. Drinking lots of WATER also helps. mjh http://foxhillfarm.us/FireBasil/

Steve .. ..>>> Steve Balance is the key...... most people's bodies are too acidic. As they correct their diet, the body comes cloer to a neutral pH of about 7.0 and they feel a whole lot better. pH less than 7.0 = acidic pH greater than 7.0 = alkaline Hope this helps mjh http://foxhillfarm.us/FireBasil/

Guest guest
this is all such a wake up call to me.growing up,i was kind of under the assumption that most foods were ok.Sure, moderate cake and sweets, but carcinogens in freshwater fish, vegetables, etc? My niece died last year at the age of 18 from cancer, and I am convinced this was a result of diet,(they fed her a lot of 'snackables' and other junk),and put her on Ritalin when she was just a kid and naturally acting ou on the sugar they pumped er full of and the fact that her mother died of diabetes when she was 34.My ather, the king of denail, had custody of her,and I knew something was very wrong, soon after she was diagnosed with cancer, and that was about the time I joined this newsletter,I keep learning Steve

Guest guest
Blueberries can often benefit the As individual. They are an antioxidant used for many things, but ofr AS children, it calms them down and also is used for bedtime as well. I found this information to be great and will try it myself for the third night in a row!!!
