Guest guest
We've got one here. I only made it to the first meeting before things fell apart for me personally and I haven't been able to make it again. Honestly I was rather put off as one parent took over and kind of used it as a personal gripe session. I still get emails and it sounds like things are getting better. I've joined the email of another local group but they've not had a meeting since I've joined. --- Original Message --- From: " seaglass278 " <seaglass278@...> Sent:Wed 2/17/10 10:15 pm Subj:( ) support groups Hi again! I was wondering if anyone goes to an asperger's parent support group? I started one for parents of kids w/asperger's and we meet for about 1 1/2 hours....amazing what comes up, we meet once a month. Not very BIG group, but we'll meet at a Panera Bread or something, and it's like getting away but learning too. I think it is small cause everyone is so so busy. Just wondered if anyone had, and what their experience has been like??? Jo
