How sensitive is the sensitivity test?

Hello All! Not sure if this question was ever asked before here... How is it

going with your sensitivity (wrist) test? After eating some food (kefir for

example) I definitely feel tired and sometimes my nose starts leaking. Also, I

can not tolerate oranges or lemons (womiting). Teaspoon of lemon juice would be

enough to trigger head ache. My sensitivity test shows nothing. What is your

experience?

I did a blood test for food sensitivities and it seems to be accurate. Alletess is the company that did the food sensitivity analysis: http://www.foodallergy.com/Kefir is complex. You not only have to consider the food being fermented (dairy or coconut) but also whether you are sensitive to yeast. People with yeast sensitivities should not have kefir or any other fermented foods (vinegar, alcohol, yogurt, kombucha) and dried foods (coffee, tea, dried fruit) should be avoided because these foods contain yeast. It sounds like you may be sensitive to citrus and kefir. On Feb 27, 2011, at 5:58 AM, mississaugian2011 wrote:
