Guest guest
Hi everyone, I am new to this group. I have a 14 months old son and he has been on the raw milk formula since 3 months old. That's when I started to notice rashes in various places and he had a lot of gas & colic as well. I always thought the milk might be the cause but I hoped that he would grow out of it slowly. He's been developing well but his weight has always been a little below average. His rashes come and go but they always seem to come back and he is always scratching himself. So now I am ready to make changes and help him overcome his food sensitivity. But I'm not quite sure if I'll be able to cook every single meal and most importantly if he is even going to eat it. He loved all kinds of soups up until a month ago when he started to eat more solids from the dinner table. And now he refuses to eat soup. So as much as I'm eager to start him on the GAPS diet, I'm also skeptical that we will be able to stick to it. And I would like to know if he starts with the intro diet then how long does this part last? And when would I be able to introduce dairy again? I would love to hear from anyone who has had similar experience with their little ones. thanks in advance, susan
