Not a lot of time but here's the main details.  Old aide and sub aide come from an aide agency (not school employees).  Sub aide was w/ my son for a total of 6 days (we had snow days and also I held him out because he was having a very bad reaction to the aide and didn't want to go to school).  Son is in 3rd grade.  He was telling me that he (my son) was locking himself in the bathroom and the aide wouldn't let him.  Now I wonder why.  he has a chill-out room that he usually goes to but then the aide would be right there with him.  Anyway, found out yest a.m. that sub aide didn't even know my son's diagnoses (autism, anxiety -- hello!) and was treating him as a misbehaving child.  We had a mtg and I thought things were good.  Then find out last nite aide's going to be absent today.  Fine, keep son home, husband and I will split day.  Call from Principal this am that son ran out of room upset, crumpled up his paper and threw it on floor.  Aide picked it up and threw it back at him.  Then picked up a bean bag chair and threw it at son.  Son was screaming.  Lawsuit?
