Guest guest
My 5 year old only eats apples and drinks raw milk. This has been her diet, mainly for the past year. I just finished reading the GAPS book and see that raw milk is not on the diet. She suffers with allergies, eczema and poor nutrition, do I need to start her on the GAPS diet even though she isn't anywhere near the autism spectrum. or can I just follow the SCD diet and get the same results? Raw milk has been the only thing keeping weight on her this past year and I worry about stopping it. She got the flu last week and lost 2 lbs because she was too feverish to have milk. She only weighs 35 lbs and you can see her bones...I'm worried sick about her. She's such a picky eater that I have a hard time feeding chicken to her. My 2 year old is malnourished even though she eats anything that is not nailed down. So I have two opposite kids and am desperate to get their health under control. How much HCL w/Pepsin should be given to children and where do I buy it? Kandee
