2nd day on Diet, He's freaking out!!Help!!

Today is our 2nd day being SCD. Yesterday was day #1 and he had off and on

aggression like usual. Today is is 2nd full day being scd and I just picked him

up from school and he was going ballistic!!! They said he was in OT and doing

awesome and had an awesome day and out of nowhere he started getting really

aggitated, and it just kept going and going, by the time I got there (10 minutes

into the meltdown) he was hitting the lockers, trying to hit and pinch and

scratch his teacher and I and he was hitting me so hard in the chest with his

head he got a bloody nose. So there was blood everywhere and he's screaming from

the top of his lungs and trying to hit everyone for about another 10 minutes

after I got there.

Am I doing the right thing?  Is this die-off? Is this a common thing to see when

going through withdrawal from carbs and sugar?  Please help!!!!!!!!!!
