I decided to do your survey, but I think there's something wrong with the links. Clicking "next" at the bottom of the third page doesn't bring up the next page of the survey. Neither do you have the option of emailing the partial results. Clicking "exit this survey" at the top of the page just dumps you to a "thank you for taking this survey message." If it matters, I'm using a MacBook running OS-X. Sometimes that causes problems buy not usually of this type.Sue C.

that it can be completed with ease.
