We are applying here in PA for our DS who is 9. I was wondering if anyone knew

if Abilify is covered under medicad insurance? My DH lost his job this month and

we have a laspe is coverage. We are hoping it is covered. It is working well for

him.

Thanks!

Yes! It is covered because my daughter is on it. Now if he hasn't been on it before they will only give you a 15 day supply at first to make sure he can take it. Also if anyone has a medication they need covered and they do NOT have insurance that will cover it let me know i would be happy to see if I could help you!

It requires a prior authorization which takes time but it is covered. Some times they ask that other meds are tried first but we qualified for that already so t was not an issue with us.
