Has anyone tried putting a drop of iodine in their salted water for the neti

pot? I've wondered if that would help kill off any baddies as well. I'm

about to start trying to use the neti pot for my little girl, whom I think

may wind up with some seasonal allergies. Yesterday she got to play

outside, and she came in with bright pink circles around her eyes, it looked

like someone took a pink highlighter and drew a circle around each eye.
