I have to BRAG! DS, who graduated from Job Corps this March with Culinary Arts training, just got a JOB!! A real job, with full insurance, dental and 401k, ! He is working in an assisted living facility, assistant to the head chef and is already wanting them to try some of his recipe concoctions, such as his okra omlette!)
