When your kids react to foods, immediate or delayed?

My son was so extremely hyper last night, it took him 3 1/2 hours

longer than usually to fall asleep. Finally had to break out the

Benadryl at midnight.

All we can think of diet wise is he got his hands on Snyder Pretzel

sticks the day before.

In this boards experience, how long does it take for your child to

show a " negative " reaction to food they have ingested (negative being

sleep, digestive issues, aggressive, hyper etc...). What types of

behaviors do they display and how do you remedy it? Or, do you just

have to wait it out if the food was eaten a few days prior?

I appreciate any responses.

Thanks again,

Mike
