Guest guest
I just wanted to say that a few nights before i read this thread i made some vit C, Mag citrate, and celtic seasalt supplements. I have been buying a variety of supplements in their pure powder form to make my own capsules as to stay legal on the diet and still supplement with the necessary things out particular needs are. I found it a bit humorous as i went and took my afternoon (in the middle of reading all this) that the thought to make them just popped in my head a few nights ago, then the thread comes up covering the very fact that these 3 things are quite necessary for asthma help. Obviously it is not jsut good for asthma, but for many other htings - organs etc.. we are constantly recommending magn and C to help with Constipation etc... to each toher on here. So a few nights ago i figured with all the uses i may as well mix up all three and make some capsules out of it as i can never rem. to mix up a drink and drink it every few hours. I also wouldn't buy the pre made ones cause of the additives. My original plan when sitting down to make my pills was to make a vit C and Mag. citrate. But then i thought hey throw some seasalt in there too i don't drink enough each day, it is good for the adrenals, why not. Anyhow kind of funny to me, i had forgotten i even did it until i left the thread (a few minutes ago) to go take them. As i opened the bag i keep them in i started laughing realizing the 2 had been happening simultaneously and i did not put the 2 together until now, a couple days into the thread. For those that don't know you can get the " cap'em quick " pill maker for under $15. The bags of empty capsules aren't expensive either and you can then make your own supplements. who is feeling a bit of a bubble head now > > <<8) Adrenal support is huge with asthma. Vitamin c to bowel tolerance, > as well as salt(Not table salt) and extra magnesium helps tremendously. > Magnesium is a muscle relaxant and can help asthma. Actually IV mag can > stop an asthma attack in its tracks.>> >
