I am trying to make a case to take the district to court for no providing my girl for a safe environment.This my argument:My girl aspergers is causing on her so much anxiety in school that it gives her suicidal thoughts. By not having a IEP plan for her they neglecting her needs and not providing a safety environment. I will try to make a case in court. I am definite not sending my girl to school if there is a small chance that she can commit suicide...I am going to challenge the school to take me to court...I know that the court will take in consideration the well being of a child versus the status quo of the school.
