Guest guest
My 3 year old son was taking AFP Peptizyde and Zyme Prime with most meals for about 2 months, and every meal for the last month. He ate partial gfcf with only casein at school for lunch and snack. Prior to 2 months ago his BMs were always very loose. They have been normal since starting the enzymes. It has been 4 days of no enzymes with a normal diet and I have seen no change in BMs or behavior. He has PDD NOS. I am wondering if the enzymes have any delayed effect on digestion even after stopping them? I thought he maybe had lactose intolerance but not casein intolerance. My 6 year old has been on the diet with enzymes for over a year. She cannot have casein except once a month, but can have gluten in half her diet with enzymes.
