Hi

My name is Amy Camodeca. I am working on my Ph.D. at the University of Windsor.

I am doing my dissertation research on parents of children with ADHD, LD, ASD,

or other kinds of developmental disabilities. I am looking at relations between

social and academic skills and how that relates to coping with a child's special

needs.

This study is for parents. If you have about 20 minutes to complete some

questionnaires, for example, looking at some eyes and picking the emotion that

goes with them, I would really appreciate it. Your imput is important and would

help people who work with parents of children with special needs better

understand their situation and how to help not only the child but also the

parent.

All information is confidential, and you can enter a pseudonym (a fake name) on

the consent form if you would like. You can also enter yourself into a draw for

a $50 (CDN) Toys R Us gift card (optional).
