Re: Release date for Adam movie

I didn't want to go to the theater to see it. I thought I would be sobbing throughout the entire movie and felt I would need the privacy of my home to see it. I loved the previews and can't wait to see it, but I wonder how I'll be in the aftermath of it all?

Unfortunately, it never came to any theatre near me in Southeast Wisconsin. My

boyfriend and I were eagerly awaiting to see it. It is good to know about the

date on the video release.

I was able to see the movie when it was first released. It was good. I laughed

some and cryed a lot. It gave me a lot to think about. More from the

perspective of what my sons future will be like. It was overall a very positive

thing but some aspects of it just made me sad. I don't want to give anything

away but once it is out on DVD I would love to have a little chat session with

anyone who has seen it.

Due to the fact that until recently " asperger " didnt exist in my life, thus,

neither did anything that had to do with it either, because the story line just

didnt fit with anything that would " interest " me.

Now that it is part of my life, and thanks to wonderful groups such as this, i

am learning so much more. i never knew they had made movies about such things as

asperger. i am looking forward to seeing this movie on DVD when it is released.

because of this post i started to search for any other movies that are " like "

based, and i came across " Mozart and the whale " and watched it this morning.

I gotta tell ya, I am a man and i cried like a baby.

So thank you again for all of your posts about such things.
