I think I have cried during each episode when something hits home...last night was the worst for me though. I know other people who can get my son to do things that I can't but it never lasts. I will hear...well he did this for me...yeah...try it another day and see what happens. lol My son will play with others but he is so inflexible...I am always wondering when the kids will stop wanting to come over. He prefers to have kids here but that is ok with me! :) Basketball has been so good for him this year. The coach explained J's Asperger's to the team so they have all been patient with him and more have befriendded him...It was the best thing we have done for him so far!!From: riveryak2003 <riveryak2003@...>Subject: ( ) Re: Parenthood Apr 6 Date: Wednesday, April 7, 2010, 1:52 PM

I've liked the show so far. I was watching him play with the girl and I was waiting for the part I know so well...

- He did not critize her for anything

- He did not yell if the ball hit him

- He did not go on about the creation of the universe

I was waiting....thought after the commercial the "something impulsive aspie" will happen, but it didn't

Wouldn't it be nice to have a several hour play period with out outbursts. My son is 12yo, I would love tohave him play with someone for hours
