If it hasn't been done consider having his thyroid checked. A hyperactive thyroid might be contributing to the issues with enervy, metabolism, and eating all the time.

PS: No experience with stimulants but I thought I'd throw that out there cause well you never know.

we tried two different stimulant meds, bith made my son worse. he is now on Intuiv which helps more for him

We took Blaise off the Vyvanse this week after about 5 days as it seemed to cause major mood swings. I was hoping it would last longer than the adderrall into the evening but then came to find out that that wasn't working during the school day either. morning wasn't as bad- it was a struggle- but it helped that when I asked him if he wanted to say he was sorry to me he said yes. I didn't get to talk to the Dr about a plan yet and I have little patience these days so was hoping some of you could let me know what to likely expect next. The kid just breaks my heart:(
