Child Psychologist or Developmental Pediatrician?

Hello. Our 7 y/o son was given a diagnoses of dyspraxia and vestibular

dysfunction in August 2010. He goes to private OT once/week. At OT we also

completed the CARS2 for high functioning autism and his score indicates " severe

symptoms of autism spectrum disorder " . We want to get further testing to see if

there something really there that has not been diagnosed yet. Based on

experience, do you recommend we take him to a child psychologist or to a

developmental pediatrician for testing? Thanks for your help.
