" Maybe I am naive but I think it's horrible you still get that kind of

immaturity in college! Do you go to college in a small un-diversified town?

Because, yes I can understand it

in elementary school and middle school, maybe sometimes in high school... but

not so much in college. By the time I got to high school, everyone knew me as a

person and didn't

pull crap like that. And in college, most of the people there by choice to learn

and become mature adults, and I really didn't experience too much crap from

people on campus. But

I went to a very big college that was very diverse (old, young, different races

etc.) so most people there didn't give a crap what you looked like. "

I agreed with Robyn's comment on the show about how people treat you differently

in high school then they do in college. In high school, I had my friends, but

never had the tight knitness of friendships nor was I even asked to parties and

such, like I am now in college. People are much more open minded and accepting,

and even take the time out to ask about my condition, rather then make

assumptions and spread them around. However, there are still some punks out

there who still think that college = a time for idiotness. But for the most

part, I think that if youre from a very small town people ARE going to know you

and accept you for who you are. Larger towns and campuses have the ability to

have a more varied array of people to better your chances of being " accepted " ,

but it also has that chance of people being less educated or accepting. I think

it also deals with how you carry yourself...if you show that you are naieve, shy

and mealy-mouthed, then people are going to walk all over you. But I've learned

that if you are strong, fun, open minded and say " Hey jerkwad, did your mom

teach you not to stare " , kinda paves a way of respect for you and lets people

know that just because you're small, it doesn't mean you're weak, stupid, less

talented, etc.

I'm glad they filmed Robyn's life in college....it gives the different frame of

life compared to Terra and , who seem to both be very similar. Of course

you will think Terra and 's segments are " stereotypical " or demeaning

because what do they do? They are in the entertainment industry.....but Terra

learned her lesson on the Ozzy tour, she didn't like it. That's what life is

about, you learn from your mistakes. No one said her road to was going to be

sunshine and flashing photobulbs...she took the job because she needed it and

she learned from it. How is that wrong of her? And is making a good

living....I don't really like the show Jackass to begin with, but I think he's a

good person and knows when to draw the line when it comes to exploiting himself.

I think ya'll took your judgemental views BEFORE you saw the show and took it

with you when you saw them...you didnt allow yourselves to open your minds a

bit. And .....where the HECK did you see anything during the first 30

seconds you watched, that resembled spring break?? Maybe if you weren't so

uptight and watched at least the first 30 minutes of it, you would have realized

that you are just as closeminded as the non-lp's, the ones YOU complain about

judging us all the time. And lemme tell ya...what can you take with you when you

watch Survivor? An hour knowing who got booted off a a fake island through a

pathetic competition to prove your man/womanhood, honor, strength and a prize

that will mostly be drained by taxes? Please......at least this was educational.

Again, good job :)

: Book to explain Mold to children

As each day I have to try to explain to my children

why we cannot live in our home they've known since

birth; why they cannot have their toys, books, special

baby dolls and clothes or ANYTHING from their home;

why they now cannot eat certain foods....I sit and

wish that some caring soul would write a children's

book to explain this whole ordeal of Toxic Mold so

that my children and all the others could possibly

understand it better.

A Children's Book on Toxic Mold....any takers? Just

imagine.....any funds generated could possibly be

donated to help those experiencing the devastation of

this nightmare. Just some ideas....

I sure could use the help explaining this so that

children could understand...

Maybe you could write it yourself? Keep it short and sweet. Write what you know. You could get kids to help. The main character can be an animal or something easy for a child to relate to and kids art can decorate it. Easier sometimes for kids to identify with an animal crying about gone toys than for the childto admit tears. It can be easier for a child to read if the cool and cute animal is scared and not the child. I do not know much about mold but would be willing to read it. Anne Lee

Hey Everyone,

I have been a bit negligent in my e-mails. Oops!

I joined Golds Gym and have been working out there a bit. At home I have been

using px90 (which I LOVE) along with Turbo Jam. Last night I got the YBB live

series in the mail and did YBB GoGO and YBB Bollywood style.

YBB-GoGo-Great light cardio for a either a light day, late night workout (thats

when I use these) or for fun. These are not heavy hitters but they are so

enjoyable. They have a short buns section at the end that you can feel using a

ball they send with the package. Great reminder that you can do these exercises

while watching TV. The cardio can be modified up to higher intensity if you have

the space. The build on a dance routine pretty quickly and hardly ever slow the

moves down to show you. Which is fine because they easy and mostly well known.

Plus it keeps the intensity constant.

YBB-Bollywood. Belly dancers...get this one! I wore my hip scarf. Too fun!

Pretty much the same as above just a different style of dance. Really not much

yoga in these thus far save a downward dog warmup and a cobra stretch.

The PX90 I did yester day was KenpoX-This is great for those who hate

choreography or for those days you want to zone out and still work hard. About

an 8 min warm up followed by 45 min of kicking and punching exercises-the usual

suspects and some new ones followed by a cool down. I know others say they hated

Tony Horton's personallity but I LOVE it. I like being pushed. :-)
