I saw you make this much kefir at once. I have only made one batch and was not convinced it turned out. It smelled awful after a couple days..

What does it smell like and how long is it "good" for in the refrigerator?

What are your measurements to make a gallon at a time as we also have a large family.

Also, how much kefir do you or your child eat every day? With our hugefamily, I make a gallon every day or two. If I make smoothies, there's notmuch left after just breakfast.Thanks! in TN
