Guest guest
, I saw you make this much kefir at once. I have only made one batch and was not convinced it turned out. It smelled awful after a couple days.. What does it smell like and how long is it "good" for in the refrigerator? What are your measurements to make a gallon at a time as we also have a large family. Thanks Mellissa in MI Also, how much kefir do you or your child eat every day? With our hugefamily, I make a gallon every day or two. If I make smoothies, there's notmuch left after just breakfast. Thanks! in TN
Guest guest
Dom actually wrote a song with his little girl singing part of it and has people all over the world pronouncing kefir. Enjoy listening. http://users.sa.chariot.net.au/~dna/hammond.html#mymusic NOW I HAVE A QUESTION FOR Y'ALL: > > Here in Tennessee, we say " kee-fir " . I have a northern friend, who is also quite particular about speaking correctly, and she insists the stuff is called " keff-ee-er " . (Obviously that's not Webster's dictionary phonetics!)
