I was sick over the last week with body aches, sore throat, and headache. These symptoms have greatly improved, but my ears have not. My head felt " full " at the beginning, but I have not had a runny or clogged nose at all so I am not sure what is going on. I need to attend a big cub and boy scout campout this weekend and am supposed to be heading everything up on our cub scout pack side, but how am I supposed to do this when I can hardly hear and get shooting pains in my ears? > > I have tried hot packs, hot showers, and hot tea - including garlic > tea - but nothing seems to help. Guest guest
My daughter woke up with "a clogged head" (as she put it). She can hear herself talk. It is really irritating her. She has been sick for about a week now with cough and running nose. It seems like it is getting better. We have been on GAPs for 2.5 months. I have given her Elderberry/Thyme syrup to dry her up (she has had it before many times). I know the syrup has sucrose in it and I know it is not alllowed on the diet, but she needed something. Perhaps it is a reaction to the sucrose? Or it could be her trying to clear the head cold? I would appreciate any help on this. Thanks,
Guest guest
have her blow bubbles thru a straw into a glass of water as much as she wants, as often as she wants. this opens a drainage hole.
