Yes I have been clenching my teeth, especially when asleep, and wake up with

terrible headaches. I got a bite-guard from my dentist that helps some but I

bit thru the hard plastic one. LOL! I hardly ever use the new soft one

anymore and don't have as much problem with my clenching. A physical

therapist showed me some jaw exercises that help take the tension and pain

away when I do have it though.

He's also started chewing his tongue. Any ideas?

At my house, teeth clenching and grinding sometimes meant mineral deficiency

[usually calcium or zinc] and sometimes yeast overgrowth. Chewing on the tongue

meant yeast overgrowth. Try increasing the yeast protocol, see if that helps.
