Guest guest
Yes I have been clenching my teeth, especially when asleep, and wake up with terrible headaches. I got a bite-guard from my dentist that helps some but I bit thru the hard plastic one. LOL! I hardly ever use the new soft one anymore and don't have as much problem with my clenching. A physical therapist showed me some jaw exercises that help take the tension and pain away when I do have it though. Dianne A.
Guest guest
My son has recently started clenching his teeth and holding his jaw oddly. He's also started chewing his tongue. Any ideas?

At my house, teeth clenching and grinding sometimes meant mineral deficiency [usually calcium or zinc] and sometimes yeast overgrowth. Chewing on the tongue meant yeast overgrowth. Try increasing the yeast protocol, see if that helps. Dana
