Guest guest
Does Glutenease work as well on non gluten related food intolerances that are due to protein allergens as well as a protease not specifically focused on gluten/casein (like the protease from Enzymedica)? Presumably it has a lot of proteases that also break down other proteins but I wasn't sure? I was wondering if we strictly avoid gluten and casein whether it is better to use Glutenease or another protease for the other protein allergens that seem to be a problem?
