Pat, As you may know, ServPro is one of the approved insurance company

remediation services. Their estimate forms match the insurance company's

forms. As with any potential remediator, the important thing to know is what

the scope is of their plan. Be sure they will REMOVE all water damaged

materials, not dry them. Be sure the issue of moisture barriers is addressed.
