On Monday night (Feb.25th) First Coast News will air a mold story at 11pm. The same company owns boths the NBC and ABC affiliates in ville, so the story can be seen on NBC Channel 12 and ABC Channel 25. If people want to see it and are out of the area they can check the website www.firstcoastnews.com. This story will show Dr. Lipsey doing testing at my home. We are in litigation and my attorney wanted him to compare current levels to last year's level. I had suggested a mold story to the station and Dr. Lipsey and I gave several names to Kennedy the reporter. Well, everyone said their attorneys wouldn't let them talk. So, by default he wound up filming at my house. My attorney said I could do it, only I promised I wouldn't name the builder, and I didn't. But, we are in litigation and the lawsuit is Public Record, so if the reporter names the builder it was obtained through his research. We already knew we had aspergillus, cladosporium, penicillium, alternaria and more. The cladosporuim count outside was 300 and the a/c filter was 270 million according to Dr. Lipsey's tests filmed by the tv reporter. I guess you can see the problem in the difference between 300 and 270 million. Also, I have just learned that a class action will be filed here regarding mold in new homes in an upper-end gated community. I'll get you the details when they become public. Hope all is well and you're feeling better these days. Talk to you soon.
