Benefit from being with horses

My 13yr old son has acute anxiety but has benefit enormously from learning to

ride and being around horses - all of his anxiety fades away! I am going to try

equine assisted therapy for him too.

I have heard about this type of therapy. Have you tried it? My 14yo ASD has a

lot of social anxiety and would love to get him to socialize more. My brother

read about Equine Facilitated Learning and told me about it too.
