If it does, I imagine it could be yeast related. I read something

recently that said that some studies have been done on dandruff, and

it seems like dandruff could be caused by a fungus. The site I posted

related seborrheic dermatitis to blepharitis, so that might be your

answer. If there isn't a bad reaction to dairy, I would think putting

some yogurt on the eyes might help. Or, maybe a compress of biokult

dissolved in warmish water?

Yes that is it. Or at least looks darn close! I thought about

googling it but had no idea what key words to use. They told me

before at the eye docs that my son has this Blepharitis but did not

say she does. She wears glasses and has styes. He never gets any

stuff like this. He rubs his eyes and they get blurry and tear up.

So weird he has the DX and she has the visual symptoms :)

At least i have a starting point. I really kind of blew off the

Blepharitis thing. After i posted i rem. it and wondered if there

was a connection. I had/have no idea if it is contagious. But now

that toddler has it i am thinking it must bee.

I think McBride brought up GAPS have sebor. derma. issues too. Have

to listen again. i too thoughts about using Kefir or biokult after

posting but was worried it might sting the eyes if it got int there.

I feel a bit mroe ocnfident that someone has suggested trying it :)

Anyone else know more about this stuff please let me know. I plan to

google it but if you are inclined to look to please post whatever you

find incase i miss it.

Thanks

Hi i did not ahve any homemade yogurt but i had some kefi as i need to

keep my grains going. So i have been putting it on their eyelids and

it appears to be clearing up. Also a couple of other issues i have

had - cystic boils. Appears it maybe helping them also. Not sure yet

but things are looking less red and more clear. So maybe it will

work :)
