What for fingernail fungal infection?

Help!  I have a fungal fingernail infection.  What natural can I use to get rid

of this?  Can I just put drops of OoO or GSE on it?  How much and how many times

per day?

 

This is very painfu and full of puss and is in the cuticle area.
