Clostridia and Sacc B

My 9yo son's labs from Doctors Data just arrived and I am confused. He did a

round of flagyl for clostridia (3+ on January report). He did well on it, but

about five days later seemed to be regressing. Instead of another round of

flagyl (that stuff scares me), I dialed in Sacc B to address clostridia. He

seemed to improve so I thought we were doing well. Just ran another Comp test

from Doctors Data and clostridia is still 3+ and Sacc B is a 4+ in the dysbiotic

column. Haven't talked with the doc yet, but does anyone have any experience

with this? Also has alpha hemo strep 4+, but he is a PANDAS boy and that one

doesn't seem to get any better, even with antibiotics. AntiDnase titers did

come down from 1600 last year to 480 this year, so prophylactic antibiotics seem

to be helping. We tried OLE but did not have any luck previously, phenols most

likely. And of course there is moderate yeast.

I rotate MindLinx, Culturelle, and Sacc B. He is lacking many good bacteria,

but with the antibiotics, I don't see how we'll ever culture any of those. I'm

going round in circles and not making significant progress. Anyone?
