Guest guest
I have a few questions about starting enzymes for me and my family. First, I am breastfeeding my 3 month old and I haven't been able to find any info regarding the safety of taking enzymes while breastfeeding. Since my three mo old is having trouble with my having milk products, I am considering taking Peptizyde to help with this. I am also considering starting my 7yo on Peptizyde and HN-Zyme. She has some hyper-activity and complains of stomache aches often. She also complains of leg pain often. I know these are associated with growing, but she also doesn't eat much and I'm wondering if leaky gut/poor digestion is an issue. Since I am considering those two products, I'm wondering if starting with Trienza would be ok, or if I should do them separately first? Also, is the chewable ok or is the capsule a better value? Can constipation become an issue when using these products? Any tips for avoiding this? Thanks for the help. I have studied several sites and tried to search the archives, but it's difficult to isolate these questions.
