Are pink cheeks better than red?

Hi,

We are trying SCD/GAPS and are also doing enzymes after a long break. My sons

ears used to turn beet red, along with dark purple circles under his eyes with

phenols. Now they are a light shade of pink. Are we getting closer to the right

dose of enzymes?Should I use more?
