Why does my son keep changing his clean underware?

I am treating my son for yeast overgrowth. He has been hyper-focused

on changing his underware several times during the day (maybe about 12X

a day). It does not matter that his underware is clean. I just cannot

convince him that his underware is fine and he is not verbal enough to

explain what is going on. Has anyone ever dealt with that?
