These are the instructions I received on the liver

cleanse I mentioned:

Mix one cup of finely shredded raw beets, two

tablespoons of either Virgin First pressed olive oil

or raw flax oil, and the juice of 1/2 lemon.

take a teaspoon of this mix every hour or two during

the day for three days. After the first there days,

take 2 tablespoons of the mix 3 times a day before

meals for a week.

After the initial ten days, continue taking two

tablespoons of the mix 3 times a day, 3 times a day

for a month.

I think you could also ferment some beets first and

then make the mixture from the fermented beets. This

might decrease the amount of sugar plus make it more

digestible.

Another thing....ginger tea is also good for the

liver. Get fresh ginger, shred a little into boiling

water and seep, then drink.
