Guest guest
HI, Thanks for emailing. Sorry to say but i can't have butter and dairy of any kind. Am allergic. That is known from tests. Also can't get chicken feet here. Tiny lilttle town. Can't have Peanut butter or honey.. can't have peanuts they have a toxin on them, so can't have PB and honey is sugar and that feeds yeast. Ya'll know that don't ya? I was told strickly NO honey or peanuts. I can't have any kind of dairy since i am allergic to it for sure by testing. Very. So cheese is out too. Sorry. I do eat almonds and pumpkin seeds out of the bag. Plain, natural nuts. Very healthy. I like them a lot. The pumpkin seeds are organic and plain. Good though. Last nights dinner was roasted chicken thighs, brocolli, and cauliflower, and cabbage. That was it. I woke in the night starving and lay there awake till dawn just like every night. Am lacking much sleep cause i wake about 3 am so hungry. Thank you for your info, much appreciated. Sorry i can't eat like dairy, cheese, and the other things you mentioned but dr. said no. I did get off oatmeal and brown rice though. See what happens. Thanks again. Keep in touch please. Bek >> Hi,> My name is Bek, i was just diagnosed with all the above. Guest guest
Hi , It sounds like you have a real dilemma. I know you said: > My main problems are a sick flu like feeling, exhaustion, pain in > muscles and joints, depression, anxiety. But what I am hearing is that you are weak, and tired from not being able to sleep. Lack of sleep can cause depression and of course, exhaustion. If you can't sleep through the night, are you eating enough food? Can you eat more, or add an extra snack before you go to bed? From what you've described, you're on a low carb diet, which should already be starving the candida. And if you are losing weight, it could be that you've got toxins that have been stored in you fat being released into your system. I would look into Entera Klenz. It's activated charcoal that absorbs toxins, binds them, and then takes them out of your body. The next point is that critical word - diet - specifically low carb diet. What you are eating is designed to make you lose weight. If you don't need to lose weight, you need to figure out a way to up your carb content so that you not only stop losing, but start gaining the weight back. What about potatoes or sweet potatoes? Can you eat those? I know the doctors will give you this list to follow - they give the same list to everyone, but you aren't an average, you're an individual. You need to figure out what works for you. For instance, maybe you need to add in some starches to keep your weight up, and balance it with some other product that kills the yeast, like the hydrogen peroxide protocol. More ideas, maybe some will help. Stefani On 03/10/2010 1:43 PM, Hill wrote: > > > HI, > Thanks for emailing. > Sorry to say but i can't have butter and dairy of any kind.
