Guest guest
My son has a cross bite. Dentist recommended orthdonture, orthodontist thinks the time is right (he is 8). Has it made your 8yo talk less with peers (a bad thing, given our social language/conversation skill goals) or does it give him an experience to share with other kids his age? Also, my son has weak fine motor skills and we are exploring voice recording in school for his assignments to compensate, not to mention voice recognition software ... which may be impacted by hardware in mouth for next four years? Any advice experiences here? -
