Cost of advocate/behavioral specialist

We have an advocate/behavioral specialist who works for donations. If you've hired someone to provide these types of services, how much did they charge per hour or whatever?

The advocate I have is free through the Arc. The behavior specialist we have is very expensive but our insurance covers most of it. She is board certified though, so maybe that is why it's so expensive.ne
