I just gotta say, what the heck is Constipation???? You have to be kidding.

I wish I could share my propensity for the bathroom with you, and maybe

together we would have normal habits. Sheesh. Constipated. What a concept

that is! PJ

, how long has it been since you ate your watermelon? I eat

it, and it comes right back out within a few hours. This may be too

much info... but it even stains my toilet red.

> I have bought a yummy watermelon! And really enjoying it. I'm

wondering though, how watermelon helps constipation. Hasn't seemed

to help me. This is the first time I've had a problem with

constipation.

I've eaten watermelon several times today, and didn't get the effect you

described.

HUH? I thought it was completely normal. The first time it

happened, I freaked out because of course I thought I was bleeding to

death. I don't mean to gross anyone out, but the watermelon just

comes out, no wastes are included in it. It shoots straight through

me. I do have very strong smelling bowel movements, but I thought

this was the norm. Often times it smells like what I have eaten.

Please someone tell me you have the same experience?

Well, I hate to admit this too but I also suffer with

constipation...actually have to eat something greasy

fried once in a while to get the works moving...and

even then its just a mover. I have only had loose or

diarrhea two or three times since my mgb...maybe thats

why Im a slower loser...? who knows...

good luck

No actually, I'm right on schedule. 49 lbs of this morning, and it

is my 3 month anniversary.

i wish i could say yes but watermelon is full of starch and starches are a no no, my husband got one last week and i love the stuff, it's mostly water and if we would be on any other diet it'd be a go for it but not on this diet, sorry. How are you doing, going good for you so far? I am on day 10 and have lost 14.6 but alot of that was loading, i gained 13 pounds loading, i am down wt wise where i ended my last round but i have a roll on my back that i want to go, i don't have much left to lose but i can see it in my inner thighs, but i can still feel that roll, maybe it is a little smaller i don't really know yet, hope it goes, i just want to do this round mostly for shaping, this stuff is so awesome, good luck to you. I hope you reach your goal. Jo
