I love Uva Ursi for urinary infections. Never heard of it for yeast. I'm

curious.

Yes. Uva Ursi can really upset your stomach. Definitely take it with food. And

maybe cut back on your dosage. Cranberry doesn't help alone but together with

the Uva Ursi it should help too. I like the Cranactin brand.

Good luck.

Try using a product called Candex for your yeast problems. It is all natural

and was recommended by my gynecologist. I've only used it for a short amount of

time but it seems to be working.

Good luck!

too long ago. I have suffered from recurrent UTIs for years and have

always had to resort to bactrim or cipro to cure. I am adamantly

opposed to using antibiotics with my yeast problem- so I tried some

uva ursi this week. My symptoms have improved but I have suffered

from real stomach pains. I may just have stomach flu- but could this

be a side effect of the uva ursi? If so- are there any other

alternatives other than cranberry pills? I have used them with

absolutely no success.

Thanks- Kathy
