Guest guest
My son is 16 months old and we started him on digestive enzymes Creon 12000 half capsule at each meal. We mix it into his pureed food for the first 1/4 of the meal. It has helped with his bowel movements and overall energy level but what's interesting is about 30-45 minutes after consuming the enzymes he starts to sweat around his hairline and neck and gets hot. Has anyone had this reaction? He does not get uncomfortable or irritable, just a little sweaty. I tried switching to Kartner enzymes (plant-based) but he wouldn't eat more than 1/3rd of his meal (I think they made him bloated and uncomfortable) and he is already underweight so I stopped and switched back to Creon. Has anyone had a sweating reaction to enzymes? What do you think this means?
