Guest guest Posted January 3, 2010 Report Share Posted January 3, 2010 Hi everyone. I am so grateful to have found this forum. My whole family are starting on the GAPS diet - tomorrow! Our 5 year old has Aspergers and ADHD, and my 3 yr old has some gut issues too, although he is not on the spectrum. I figure its best if we all do it together so the experience including health benefits can be shared by all! My question relates to the Introductory Diet...what I understand is that we are to eat just plain meat soups and broth for the first stage. How do I keep the whole family from being really hungry on just this?? And how would I know when we are ready to move through the different stages?
