Have you tried cranberry juice or extract?

Bladder/Kidney Infection

Dana or anybody???

Hi, my 3 year old NT daughter has bladder infection. She is on 2nd round

antibiotics. 15 days later, she will have a untrasound to see if it backed up to

kidney. If so, doc said that she needed antibiotics for a year. I sure do not

like that...My autistic daughter is a victim of abused antibiotics, so I would

like to get any other option if possible. Any idea?

thanks,

Kim

I used cranberry juice and OLE. You can also try OoO.

You should try giving her something to support her immune system, strengthen it.

I would try a low dosage of an enzyme with tons of protease in it. Me

personally, I've found cranberry juice doesn't help. Maybe the sugars in it I

don't know. In the past I've had to take several cranberry pills, even 4 every

couple hours, while drinking tons and tons of water. Really though anything to

not have to have her take antibiotics for a year! That'd be really harsh on her

body, I hope you find something that helps!

Hi Kim,

Alot of parents have found giving their child ViraStop as well as Candidase for

infections has been beneficial. Virastop would support immune function and

assist in removing viruses, fungal forms, bacteria, infections, toxins etc.

Candidase would be beneficial to fight off overgrowth yeast and balance it. And

remember too, because she's only 3, start off the dosage low and slow. For

instance, for Virastop, only giving her half of a capsule on an empty stomach

once a day, then build up to twice a day, and so on. The same goes for

Candidase. This " low and slow method " from DeFelice (www.enzymestuff.com)

has really been beneficial for a lot of families.

I hope this helps you guys out. And of course I'm sure you know this already,

but lots of fluids! :)
