MelindaBallard the woman in Texas who won the large law suit against Farmers gave me the name of an attorney in Houseton. I had to find one that would take the case on contingency, because we are literally broke. The attornet is reviewing the information and will let me know if he will take the case or not within the next 2 weeks. cross your fingers. Actually this adjuster that we have now, which is our 5th one, is actually really nice. He is the only one that has realized that Farmers Insurance is completely at fault for this mold. They didn't send anyone out to dry the house out for 3 months, and it is now 6 months and they still havent dried the house out properly. I am trying to find out what kind of blood tests my family and I need to have to test for these toxins. Do you have any idea what these tests are?
