The website www.enzymestuff.com has a list of yeast symptoms.  Or you can spend

a bunch on special testing thru an outside lab. We've done both and the

recommendations are the same - low carb, low sugar, no gluten, use digestive

enzymes, load probiotics.  

If you have a raging yeast infection that is chronic like my daughter - we have

used Diflucan several times - which has been a miracle.

The remediations for yeast won't hurt anybody so no problem with trying the

remediation protocol if you suspect yeast. If you get results then you confirmed

it was yeast. If you don't then you move on.
