Hi ,

Lee Silsby www.ourkidsasd.com have a great multi that you can get

without the " B's " . We have been using it and its great. You also

can get free shipping on orders over $40. Just type in " free " at the

checkout. The multi is called ASD powder.

I forgot to answer your other ?'s! LOL, anyway, I gove biotin 3 times

per day with other supplements but the probiotics I do at bedtime

away from everything EXCEPT candex, zinc, and melatonin. I do these

with probiotics. Not sure if you couldnt dose biotin with them I just

dont. We use Custom Probiotics lactic-free blend. It is specially

made for ASD kids who cant tolerate any type of casein/milk. We love

it. It willl look expensive but it lasts for 3 months here between 2

kids. Also , we only give pear juice and very occasionally watered

down apple here. Just to be precautios. My kids are very yeasty and

dont tolerate phenols either so too much fruit sugars can give them a

fare up. I give no phenol at every meal and snack and it helps A

LOT. Hope this info helps.
