My son gets super cranky and mean when he is tired and I found that though Intuiv helps him be calmer it lowers his blood pressure to the point he is cranky and overtired. So he was really struggling when I gave it to him before school. This week we tried giving it to him before he went to bed, he has calmed down ALOT. I think he is sleeping better and remaining calmer through the day. I'm not sure if it will last but it seems to have helped for now. Just a thought..
