Guest guest
Has anyone looked into vaso vagal (think I spelled it correctly) for her? Or does the metallic taste connect with spinal fluid leaking? Re: ( ) Hello from New Member Welcome Kristal. That is ABSOLUTELY awful that a psychologist would say something like to a mother EVER. Extremely inappropriate, unprofessional and I know very disheartening for you. ((HUGS)) Do NOT listen to that. Like an earlier poster, I suggest never returning to that person. You can find people who treat you with kindness even if they have to deliver disturbing news. Also like the earlier poster, you are your child's only advocate and you have done the right thing getting him evaluated. That's what a good advocate does. So, you homeschool. Are you part of a homeschooling co-op where he gets interaction with other kids? If not, is there one around you? You can also look for social skills classes. There are lots of options for social skills other than school if you don't want to go that route. Guest guest
Hi guys,These are the letters I sent both, the doctor and the principal of school. I am waiting for the doctor to call the DSS and file the 508, then I will get a lawyer...This is so ridiculous that upset me...Read these letters and you will understand the motive behind it.Inputs are very appreciated..ThanksHi Mrs. , I just want to let you know that I had a conversation with doctor Shady where you school name came in as well as Amy name. You have not right to stereotype and diagnose me and even consider that my daughter's problem are a result of my personality. If you think that I have HDHD and I am bio-polar because I advocate for my daugther and I am proactive, you are right, I might be, but you are not a doctor and you know nothing about me. I do a good job working in the court system, I keep my house and family very well take care of. Showing emotions when things go wrong has nothing to do with my abilities of performing as an individual in my job, as a mother and as a friend. You perceptions and assumptions do not have any validity in court and in any rational thinking... You guys are very prompt to diagnose me, but can not diagnose my daugther to the point that I have to get an advocate because the system could not see any problems on her. Now the problem is ME, very easy solution....let blame the mother and do not help the child.... By acting the way you guys act does not look good. It looks very vindictive to me... Sincerely, Fitzgerald ----- Forwarded Message ----- From: tfitzge134@... I posted this situation on online aspergers support group and it got a lot of attention from parents. You told me that you got the information about me via the school and Amy . THEY DO NOT KNOW ME... It is a matter of fact that I filled a 508 for the school and the Boys and Girls club for allowing children to bully Natasha. I am enclosing some emails for you to read and have a better understanding. I also filled a Civil Right investigation, so those problems could be investigated... If HDHD and bio-polar are synonymous of being proactive I have BOTH. As a reminder I want you to be aware that when I usually call you, or call the school, or call the doctors I am not at my normal casual self. By you assuming I am biopolar or I have HDHD that I need medication and I place my daughter on danger by no seeing a therapist is bad assumption. I attend online support group as well as support group at the parent's network which guide me through all the process need to advocate for my daughter. If show feelings and I get mad for frustration caused by school issues it is very normal to me. You will never be able to make a point in a court environment to push me to have medication. I am an educated, responsible person, I get help when I feel I need help. I am a professional that comply with my job at perfection and I am a mother that does everything that I can to help my family. I provided resources for Natasha that you do not know about it. She attends Chorus, go to music classes, I called it music therapist, yoga classes and more... If Natasha school's problem continue she will attend private school, but I will give the school system still one year chance. The school system is falling, but my daughter will not. Next time you want information about me, please get information with impartial people, no people that has interest of retaliating against me. Sincerely, Fitzgerald Re: [sPAM] Re: ( ) steriotyping the parents, blaming the parents, Story similar to Kristal, This is so horrible--I'm so sorry you are having to go thru this!
